Job Title: Community Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabilities and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for empowering service users to live independent lives, supporting the development and delivery of person-centred plans, and developing community partnerships.

Additionally, the role involves transporting service users to access the community and being responsible for key worker duties, including weekly administration, advocacy, and liaison with families.

To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a relevant QQI qualification, have experience working in the disability sector, and possess a full clean manual driving license with access to their own vehicle for work purposes.

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that provides support and guidance to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to reach their full potential.

Requirements:
  • Relevant QQI qualification
