Seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our Surgical Ward team. We are an established Hospital in Dublin, Ireland, and we are currently recruiting for a CNM2 Grade position.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced nurse leader to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ward, ensuring high standards of patient care and staff management.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Surgical Ward team to achieve excellent patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to identify areas for improvement.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a registered nurse in an acute hospital setting.
- At least 2 years' experience at CNM1 level or equivalent.
- Registered with the NMBI and holding full work permits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
