This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong interpersonal skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding retirement planning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of experience in a similar role, with certifications such as QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) & RPA (Retirement Planning Advisor). They will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, a warm consultative style, and a passion for delivering client-centered solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, providing well-informed guidance on pensions, protection, and investment products.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated advice that supports long-term financial security.
  • Contribute to key projects shaping the way we serve clients and grow our offering.
  • Provide clear, personalised financial advice to existing clients, focused on enhancing their long-term security and wellbeing.
  • Partner with internal Retirement teams to deliver meaningful guidance to members approaching retirement.
  • Lead and manage project delivery for Bulk Member Exercises, ensuring high standards of engagement and execution.
  • Create impactful content and collaborate across teams to deliver engaging sessions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a paraplanner or financial advisor.
  • QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) & RPA (Retirement Planning Advisor) certified.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to follow defined processes meticulously.
  • Excellent teamwork capabilities and experience working in collaborative environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
