Global Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive our global go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex buyer journeys and decision-making processes.

About the Role

The Global Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing global strategies, managing project coordination with cross-functional teams, and planning and executing international campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global go-to-market strategies
  • Manage project coordination with Product Management, Services, Sales, and Communications teams
  • Plan and execute international campaigns for key topics
  • Ensure consistent storytelling across touchpoints and write compelling product descriptions
  • Develop and support global marketing materials for the sales team
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Communications teams
  • Bring creative ideas and shape the development of marketing efforts
  • Create training content for the sales team on new products and services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Several years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with focus on go-to-market, demand generation, or campaign management
  • Strong understanding of complex buyer journeys and decision-making processes
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry or complex B2B IT sales (optional)
  • Experience working with international sales teams, product management, and cross-functional teams
  • Analytical thinking, KPI-driven mindset, and willingness to take responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Structured working style, strong team player, and hands-on mentality
