Senior Network Systems Engineer

A world-class software engineer is sought after to help design, develop, and test a next-generation network management system.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute comprehensive test cases for the management system, including scale and performance testing.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Develop detailed bug reports and work with the Technical Support team to reproduce and resolve customer-reported issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or Master's degree in telecommunications or related field.
- Experience designing, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting IP and Ethernet networks.
- Proficiency in multiple networking protocols/technologies such as BGP, OSPF, ISIS, VRRP, LACP, STP, IP Multicast, ECMP, Port-Mirroring, QoS, VXLAN, MPLS, EVPN.
- Knowledge of Linux OS and technologies like KVM, Docker, Kubernetes, Hadoop, HBase.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or TCL.
- Experience with provisioning and deployment frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) is an asset.
