- Drive cases to timely and accurate resolution, focusing on customer service, indemnity, and expense
- Provide exceptional customer service and adhere to legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience in claims handling, with a strong background in bodily injury claims
- CIP qualification required, ACII desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize workload
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to strategic direction
