Compassionate Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Care Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care services.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering person-centred care that meets the unique needs and preferences of service users
- Assisting with daily living skills such as feeding, washing, and dressing
- Encouraging and supporting service users to engage in their preferred activities and hobbies
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and family members to ensure seamless care provision
- Minimum of a Level 7 or 8 degree in Social Care or a related field
- At least 3 months of experience in social care or a related field
- CORU registration and eligibility to work in Ireland without restriction
- Resident in Ireland and willing to undergo Garda Vetting and International Police Clearance (if applicable)
