Homecare Caregiver

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the delivery of high-quality home care services. This involves working closely with a team to ensure that all service users receive exceptional care and support.

• This includes planning and implementing initial assessments and care plans with prospective service users, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
• Maintaining documentation on client care provision, including regular reviews and updates.
• Developing and implementing person-centred care plans that cater to individual needs and preferences.
• Motivating and supervising staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of a QQI Level 5 award in Healthcare Support is required for this role.
• Previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous.
• Full driving licence and access to own transportation are essential.
