This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of Human Resources. As a HR Business Partner, you will be working closely with senior managers to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve organizational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resource management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for establishing trusted relationships with middle management, providing advisory support on talent and organisational needs, and supporting the development of the people plan.

You will also play a key role in conducting local ER/IR processes, including disciplinary investigations and record-keeping. Additionally, you will oversee policy and process changes and implementation in the business, support the rollout of new initiatives, and collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistent high-quality HR services are delivered across the organization.

As a champion for HR Operations, you will act as a point of escalation for employee queries and demonstrate and advocate An Post Values and behaviours in your day-to-day work.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of employees and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

  • Establish trusted relationships with middle management

The successful candidate will have a degree in Human Resource Management and/or a full or partial CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in specialist fields. You will also have experience partnering with the business, resolving grievances and/or employee relations disputes, and proven experience in HR service delivery.
