About the Role

We're seeking an experienced People Experience Architect to join our People Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a critical role in shaping and implementing our company culture strategy.

You'll work closely with our CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and overall business success. Your expertise will help us distil and document the essence of our culture, making it easier for everyone to understand and live by our values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive culture strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Design and execute employee experience programs that drive engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and communicate our company vision, values, and OKRs
  • Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity, promoting a sense of belonging among all employees
  • Conduct regular pulse checks to ensure our culture is evolving in line with our business needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a strategic People and Culture partner at a senior level within a scaling global company
  • Expertise in areas such as culture, organisational psychology, employee engagement, EDI, and creating high-performance environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage leaders and people managers
  • A bias for action, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • An empathetic and pragmatic approach to solving organisational challenges
