Artistic Director & CEO Position

  • Fundraising and budgeting expertise, as well as excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  • Able to work closely with stakeholders, including the Board, staff, funders, and community partners.
  • Nurturing partnerships to support the festival's development and profile within Ireland's cultural calendar.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced arts professional who can balance creative ambition with financial responsibility, leading the artistic programme and strategy for the festival.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the festival's continued success and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Proven track record in arts leadership or cultural organisation management.
  • Strong strategic vision for a multi-disciplinary arts festival.
  • Experience in fundraising, financial management, and stakeholder relationship building.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and team leadership skills.
