Customer Service Representative Opportunity

As a leading retail establishment in Dublin City, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers warmly and manage phone inquiries, directing requests to the appropriate team member.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, offering product information, and enhancing sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized counter area and shelves.
  • Process payments, handle returns, and ensure accurate completion of sales documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
