As a Motor Vehicle Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs in the field of motor vehicle studies. Your primary objective is to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen careers.
Main Responsibilities:- To devise and implement vocational training programs that meet the required standards.
- To ensure that training contains an effective mix of theoretical and practical aspects.
- To prepare and maintain training materials and documentation.
- To liaise with sectoral representatives to develop training programs and incorporate new developments.
- To assist in the recruitment of students as reasonably required by management.
- A minimum Level 3 qualification or above in Motor Vehicle.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a mechanic in the Motor Vehicle Industry.
- Current driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Previous experience of training and assessing Motor Vehicle studies in a Further Education setting and/or Training Organisation.
- Excellent salary package discussed at interview.
