Job Title: Building Services EngineerJob Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Building Services Engineer. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, managing and coordinating production of all Building Services systems.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Services engineering, with experience in design software such as Fluid Flow or Pipe-Flo. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage Building Services systems, including HVAC, utilities, plumbing and fire protection.
  • Coordinate production of these systems, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative designs and solutions.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in Building Services engineering, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong knowledge of design software such as Fluid Flow or Pipe-Flo.
  • Honours degree in Building Services or Mechanical engineering.
  • Experience of working in a collaborative BIM environment.
  • Chartered Engineer preferred.
