Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive on-site service, ensuring the safety of Laboratory & Healthcare equipment and products, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Provide on-site service, commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating, and validating Laboratory & Healthcare Equipment and Applications within our portfolio.
  • Ensure all Laboratory & Healthcare equipment and products are safe for customer use.
  • Maintain records, create Service Reports for customer signatures, and complete all required paperwork promptly.
  • Follow safety, health regulations, and company policies, including ISO Quality Procedures, Work Instructions, and Risk Assessments.
  • Participate in site inductions and adhere to site rules.
  • Maintain an up-to-date stock of spare parts and consumables in the company vehicle.
  • Identify revenue opportunities on-site and inform the company of new site developments.
  • Work proactively with the Service Operations Manager, sharing customer feedback and sales opportunities.
  • Support departmental improvements and participate in training courses.
  • Represent the company professionally, wearing branded clothing and PPE.
