Role Overview

The EMEA Anti Financial Crime Operations team supports Global Markets and Corporate Banking businesses in completing AML/KYC checks and maintaining client records.

The associate will lead a dynamic team of analysts in delivering operational processes and become a technical expert in KYC/CDD procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of analysts in completing targeted AML/KYC procedures
  • Ensure AML/KYC checks align with internal policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines
  • Conduct KYC/CDD checks on clients within standard or non-standard refresh cycles
  • Liaise with sales/client outreach teams to obtain and validate correct documentation
  • Perform client refresh/remediation through review of client documentation and proprietary systems
  • Participate in audits and quality checks
  • Ensure efficient team work towards targets and manage management protocols
  • Coach individuals and develop talent within the team
  • Champion diversity and promote a culture of respect
Requirements
  • Experience in Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer/Client Due Diligence
  • Process-oriented production environment experience
  • Able to prioritise tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Leadership experience and individual coaching skills
