Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care services? We're seeking a seasoned Care Supervisor to lead our team in South Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular client visits, assessments, and reviews to ensure personalized care plans are met.
- Orientate and train new staff and clients to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain, update, and implement care plans, provide support and mentorship to healthcare assistants, and manage schedules and incidents.
- Offer on-call support and occasional care duties to meet the needs of our clients.
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare (Level 6 desirable or in progress)
- A full clean driving licence and own vehicle
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
