Deputy Manager - New Store Opening Dublin

We are seeking a seasoned Deputy Manager to support the launch of our new retail store in Dublin City Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the success of this brand-new location from day one.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Support the store manager with daily operations, including KPIs, team training, recruitment, and visual merchandising.
    • Manage and motivate a dynamic team of 10, ensuring exceptional customer service and a high-performing store environment.
    • Assist with visual merchandising and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
    • Develop a loyal customer base by delivering outstanding service and creating a community hub for outdoor enthusiasts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in fashion, adventure, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A results-driven approach with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
