Job Summary

This is a critical role in safeguarding assets and customer trust in an evolving cyber threat landscape.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Provide independent oversight of the bank's cyber security program, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead the creation, maintenance, and governance of cyber security policies and standards.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of cyber security controls through independent testing and assurance activities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years direct experience in cyber security with proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a high-pressure environment.
  • A strategic mindset and deep technical expertise are essential to navigating complex challenges.
