The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Psychologist to join our Children's Disability Network Team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, providing psychological services to children and families. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced psychologist to lead in key areas of service development and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
• Assessment and diagnosis of children and adolescents with complex needs.
• Development and implementation of behaviour management programs.
• Provision of clinical supervision to staff-grade psychologists and trainee psychologists.
• Participation in parent training courses and workshops.
• Contribution to the development of policies and procedures related to child mental health.

Requirements:
• A university degree or diploma in Psychology with 1st or 2nd class honours.
• An Irish post-graduate professional psychology qualification accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland.
• At least five years' satisfactory post-graduate experience in professional psychology.
• Demonstrated competence in working with children with disabilities and an understanding of interdisciplinary working and family-centred practice.
