Senior Quality Assurance Leader

We are seeking an accomplished and seasoned quality assurance expert to spearhead our QA strategy during a period of expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive QA plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management to ensure seamless integration of QA activities
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
  • Design and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to ensure efficient and effective testing processes
  • Identify and prioritize testing efforts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality software products

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a QA lead role, excellent knowledge of automation testing best practices, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a successful record of defining and executing test strategies.
