About Sigmar Recruitment's client, a leading Medical Device company in Ireland is looking for a Medical Device Quality Specialist to join their team on a 6 month contract initially.

In this role, you will assist with quality related issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, GMP practices, and BSC procedures
  • Manage non-conforming products and perform defect analysis
  • Support Quality Engineering and Operations teams
  • Review and update QA documentation
  • Perform final functional testing, product release testing, and record results
  • Complete Active Release tasks (if applicable)
  • Write validation reports and drive continuous improvement
  • Assist with internal and company-wide audits
  • Provide excellent service to internal customers
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and strong decision-making skills
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
  • Report environmental, health, or safety concerns to the manager

What you will need:

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Science, or a related field.

Operations experience: A minimum of 2 years in the medical device industry or a similar sector.
