BMS Service Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of BMS Service Engineer. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled individual to make a significant impact on our operations.

About the Role:

This position involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain routine maintenance and updates for BMS hardware and software.
  • Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on existing sites to maintain system integrity.
  • Diagnose and rectify system malfunctions efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Enhance system performance for maximum energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
  • Lead small to medium-sized upgrade projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Requirements:

  • Degree in BMS Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • HND or equivalent in a technical discipline with relevant experience also considered.
