We are recruiting a Key Membership Account Manager to join our team at WorkJuggle. This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to reside in Ireland to attend in-person events when necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Actively seek out new member organisations to grow our membership base.
- Manage and update current membership collateral to ensure it remains effective in driving engagement.
- Build strong relationships with current member organisations and professionals through regular meetings and communication.
- Develop 12-month roadmaps with members to ensure they receive value from their membership.
- Organise various engagement activities, including podcasts, masterclasses, and insights, and upload content to the website.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Account Manager, with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
