Engineering Expert for Facilities and Utilities

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities or Utilities Engineer to support a range of projects across our high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering capital projects focused on water treatment systems and other essential utilities and facility upgrades.
- Manage and support CAPEX projects related to water treatment, HVAC, compressed air, steam, and chilled water systems.
- Provide engineering input on the design, installation, commissioning, and validation of new utility systems and upgrades.
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, environmental, and health & safety regulations.
- S support energy and water efficiency initiatives across the site.
- Drive continuous improvement in facility performance and reliability.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Utilities, Chemical, or Building Services Engineering (or similar).
- 3+ years' experience in a facilities/utilities engineering role, ideally in food, FMCG, pharma, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong project management experience with a solid understanding of CAPEX delivery.
- Technical knowledge of water treatment systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
