As a Software Quality Expert, you will play a key role in driving innovation and quality excellence within our organization. We are seeking a talented professional with 6-9 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a process-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has experience programming in Java, C#, SQL, and shell scripting languages like PowerShell and Bash. They should also be familiar with industry-standard tools for automation testing and have knowledge of one or more functional areas.

  • Managing a team of QA engineers
  • Collaborating with scrum masters, product owners, and developers on software quality
  • Creating comprehensive test automation scripts from business requirements
  • Executing manual and automated functional, integration, regression, and performance tests
  • Maintaining automated and manual test script libraries
  • Aligning with SDLC practices and complying with Information Security and Data Governance policies
  • Communicating test results and documenting software defects
