About the Job

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position in Bandon. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Branch Lead and team in achieving business objectives while maintaining compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day customer service delivery within the branch.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring advice and guidance accordingly.
  • Efficiently manage and resolve customer queries in a professional and compliant manner.
  • Contribute to sales growth through lead generation and execution of sales activities aligned with our Omni-Channel strategy.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Hold a valid QFA or APA certification in Loans and/or Savings & Investments, with up-to-date CPD hours.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proven expertise in sales, customer service, or clerical roles within a regulated environment.
