Support Worker Opportunities

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as support workers, providing care and support to adults in a residential setting. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of service users, promoting their independence, and supporting them in achieving their goals.
The successful applicants will be required to deliver high-quality support services, working directly with adults who require assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and social activities. You will also advocate on behalf of service users, ensuring their needs and preferences are respected and addressed.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a person-centered manner, facilitating and supporting individuals with complex needs. Excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy are essential qualities for this position. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Experience working in a residential setting or similar environment
- Relevant qualification in Social Care or equivalent (minimum level 7)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
