Practice Manager Role Overview

As a seasoned leader, you have the opportunity to take on a key position within our dental group. We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager or Deputy Practice Manager looking to step up into a Practice Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of patient care at all times and motivating others to achieve great results. They will also be expected to motivate themselves to deliver exceptional outcomes and contribute to the success of our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership to practice colleagues (Associates and Employed) to ensure we put patients at the heart of everything we do.
  • Driving practice growth and increasing revenue opportunities through effective day-to-day financial management and logistics.
  • Recognising successes and sharing your opinions and ideas with others to drive improvement and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire others. You will also need to have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a similar role.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a leadership or management role within a dental practice or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and patients.
  • A strong understanding of business operations and finance, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
