**Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR)**This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a strategic and scientifically driven expert in the field of HEOR. As a key member of the Global HEOR team, you will play a crucial role in generating evidence and tools for health authority submissions and reimbursement processes.Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Global HEOR Therapeutic Area Leads to design, develop, and disseminate HEOR deliverables that demonstrate value across our oncology portfolio.
  • Focusing on delivery of systematic literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons, and economic models that inform decision-making.
  • Leverage your expertise to inform comparative effectiveness analyses, including population selection, comparator selection, and endpoints.
  • Translate research into compelling presentations and publications for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communication among internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and adherence to deliverable timelines.
Requirements:
  • A Ph.D., Pharm. D., MD, MS, or BPharm with a master's degree in a HEOR-related field such as health economics, epidemiology, or health services research.
  • A Ph.D. with 4+ years or a Master's with 6+ years in the pharmaceutical or consulting industry.
  • Experience in crafting and handling HEOR evidence synthesis projects, including HTA submissions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
