Job Overview

The Reservations Agent plays a vital role in the daily operation of managing guest bookings, ensuring accuracy and effective communication between booking platforms, internal teams, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to questions received via our booking platforms
  • Handle incoming telephone calls for reservations room enquiries
  • Deal with incoming e-mail queries from new and existing clients
  • Take reservations accurately and in a helpful manner
  • Respond to email reservations, conference and events enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Answer telephone calls promptly using proper etiquette
Skill Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hotel reservations or administration preferred
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS system an advantage but not essential
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in email handling and customer service communication
