About the Role

As Hotel Operations Leader, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring service excellence across all departments, supporting the achievement of business objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in the overall running of the hotel, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Lead and motivate departmental teams to achieve service and revenue targets.
  • Maintain high standards across all departments including front office, food & beverage, housekeeping, and events.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and actively manage guest feedback.
  • Assist with forecasting, financial performance monitoring, and operational controls.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures.
  • Foster a positive work culture, focused on training, development, and staff retention.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Hotel Operations Leader or Senior Hotel Manager within a 4-star or similar property.
  • Proven track record in operational leadership, staff management, and guest service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of financial performance metrics and operational controls.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Candidates must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI).
