Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in risk management within high-growth technology, financial services, or fintech sectors.
  • Expertise in risk frameworks and modeling, including defining risk appetite and limits, developing PD/LGD/EAD models, and monitoring credit risk metrics.
  • A master's degree in finance, risk management, or a related discipline is required. Advanced certifications such as FRM or CFA are highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to design and implement risk management models, address operational vulnerabilities, and effectively handle conflicts of interest.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions, make sound decisions, and lead cross-departmental teams.
