Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic sourcing projects related to facility services, building utilities (electricity, water, natural gas), sustainability initiatives, print, and EHS.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimise our position in terms of quality, response time, technology, risk, and total cost.
  • Negotiate, establish, and monitor supplier agreements.
  • Foster collaboration amongst peers and establish close relationships with stakeholders.
  • Develop robust data gathering and quality maintenance protocols to ensure spend transparency.
  • Act as primary point of contact for supplier-related issues and mitigation efforts.
Qualifications / Key Skills & Experience
  • A minimum Level 8 degree in a relevant discipline and at least 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with at least 2 years relevant experience.
  • Prior experience leading multiple RFx events and contract negotiations.
  • Procurement, strategic sourcing, and/or category management experience.
  • Ability to manage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
