We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring the provision of high-quality care and support to customers.

  • Assist the Service Manager, Deputy Manager, and other colleagues to support individual customers to attain their full potential and maximize the options available, encouraging choice, participation, and motivation.">
  • Lead a team by being responsible for the day-to-day management of a team, ensuring it maintains a high standard of professional support in line with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.">
