Job Title:Power Platform Business Analyst
We are currently seeking a Power Platform Business Analyst to support our expanding practice. As a trusted partner for Microsoft, AWS, IBM, SAP, Oracle, Google, Salesforce, and Databricks, we specialize in empowering enterprises with next-generation technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather and define detailed business requirements through stakeholder engagement and process mapping.
- Translate business processes into user stories and functional documentation.
- Support the configuration and customization of PowerApps (Canvas, Model-driven, Portals).
- Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and requirement validation sessions.
- Collaborate with developers and solution architects to ensure alignment of technical solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution.
- Contribute to training, documentation, and change management activities.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst within the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dataverse, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery and user-centric design principles.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Experience in creating wireframes, mock-ups, and user stories.
