About This Role

This is a highly skilled position within our Fund Services Ireland team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and moderately complex funds.

  • Key responsibilities include determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses and preparing reports.
  • Additionally, the role involves performing Fund/Client Accounting responsibilities in the areas of driving Service Improvement plans, targeting efficiencies, enhancing processes and specialist review functions.
  • Cash and asset reconciliations related to more intricate accounts or transactions within assigned funds are also a key aspect of this role.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting reports for clients regarding the performance of funds.

In this role, you'll make an impact by ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all work within the team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

A bachelor's degree in accounting or a similar field is required, with Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, we're seeking candidates with:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or a similar field.
  • Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and well-organized.
  • Ability to communicate any significant operational issues that arise to Manager.
