Our Retail Operations Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations with a target-driven approach to key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team.
  • Maintain excellent shop floor presentation through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained through effective inventory management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Leaving certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Full driving license.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
