Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Head Sommelier to curate an exceptional wine selection.
  • Pursue ongoing improvements to maintain the highest Wine service standards.
  • Support the Food & Beverage Team to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Work closely with the Head Sommelier to refine wine offerings based on trends and guest preferences.
  • Nurture strong connections with colleagues and guests.
  • Effectively manage beverage stock, costs, and budgets.
  • Assist the Head Sommelier in their absence.
