Project Leader Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a large residential project in Offaly, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the construction process of 240 houses across various housing types.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and laborers to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize costs and maximize profits.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in site management or a related field.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
