Position Overview:

This leadership role within the Private Equity unit of Sei Investments Company involves overseeing the Investor Services team and ensuring seamless execution of investor account opening processes.

Candidates must possess a deep understanding of Private Equity structures and transfer agency processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Investor Services Private Equity team within Sei Investments Company
  • Oversee the development and implementation of departmental procedures
  • Collaborate with external clients, investors, internal relationship managers, and other business units within Sei Investments Company
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service model

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a transfer agency role with 3+ years in Private Equity
  • Strong expertise in Private Equity accounting systems, preferably Investran
  • Proven track record in reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements and OM's
  • Experience in supervisory/management skills and/or coaching/mentoring
