About the Role- Pitch drafting and coordination for large panel reviews and smaller bids undertaken by the firm.
- Ensuring formatting and layout of response documents comply with requirements and firm branding.
- Tender document development and maintenance.
- Tenders/pitches database updates.
- Post-tender analysis and reporting.
- Bid process improvement and best practices.
- Contribution to business development initiatives and client relationship management.
- CRM system maintenance and updates.
- A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a corporate/professional services firm (preferably legal services).
- Experience drafting, responding to, and managing the tendering process within a professional services environment.
- Experience working with tendering portals from expression of interest to submission.
- Strong knowledge of public procurement rules for public and private sector tendering processes.
- Ability to work in deadline-driven roles.
- Commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication, project management, time management, decision making, and analytical skills.
- Motivation and ability to act on one's own initiative.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
- CRM system experience beneficial.
