Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide personalized service.
  • Use artistry skills and product knowledge to create an emotional connection with customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in a fast-paced environment like beauty, retail, or FMCG.
  • Passion for all things beauty and a love for our brand.
