Real-Time Workforce Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Real-Time Workforce Optimization Specialist to join our team, responsible for optimizing real-time workforce management processes and improving operational efficiency. This key contributor will play a crucial role in driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement real-time workforce management strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze real-time performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with overall operational objectives and priorities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in real-time management practices.
Key Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in a contact center environment, with at least 3+ years in a Real-Time Analyst or Workforce Management role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
