1. Prepare and present top-quality dishes, collaborating with the Head Chef to achieve excellence.
2. Deliver consistently high standards of food and service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Take ownership of menu planning and innovation, driving creativity and quality.
4. Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices, guaranteeing a clean and safe working environment.
5. Contribute to maintaining organized inventory levels, ensuring proper product rotation.
6. Assist in plating dishes with flair and creativity, enhancing the dining experience.

1. 1-2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fine dining or weddings.
2. HACCP trained with a strong understanding of food safety regulations.
3. Passionate about food, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with excellent communication skills.
4. A team player who thrives under pressure, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
