High Salary Accommodation Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:- To coordinate the efficient running of the Accommodation Department ensuring guest care and comfort.
- Manage the Accommodation team, ensuring standards are in place.
- Ensure procedures, SOPs and systems are in place across the Accommodation department.
- To ensure all hotel accommodation, including but not limited to hotel bedrooms and public areas, are presented to the highest standard of cleanliness and quality.
- To implement and adhere to stock control procedures within the Accommodation department, including linen and cleaning materials.
