Job Overview

Rippling's Channel Account Executive role offers a unique opportunity to manage high-velocity sales cycles and serve as an advisor to customers. As part of the channel team, you will help shape the future of the program by building relationships with accounting partners, HR consultants, and fractional CFOs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and build relationships with accounting partners, HR consultants, and fractional CFOs
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their unique challenges and guide them through product configurations and decision-making processes that align with their business objectives
  • Manage pipeline in Salesforce to ensure accurate revenue forecasting both monthly and quarterly
  • Closing business and achieving quota attainment consistently
  • Becoming a product expert across our entire platform and understanding competitor landscape to deliver targeted product demos
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, solutions engineers, sales development, and compliance, to directly influence product development and provide up-market insights
  • Managing the entire client engagement cycle from initial consultation through implementation and ongoing relationship management
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have 3+ years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B products. You should also have experience carrying $1M+ annual quota and a proven track record of success within your sales organization. Additionally, you should have previous experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or security-related products.
