We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper and Administrative Support to join our team at O'Neill & Brennan Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, processing wages and VAT payments, issuing purchase orders, and liaising with the purchasing team.

In addition, you will be required to monitor email enquiries, answer phone calls, and assist the accounts and purchasing department with general office and property-related tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 2+ years' experience in a similar position, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and have a positive attitude, hardworking, and flexible approach.
