About the Role:

The Pricing Assistant will be responsible for accurately loading retail price changes and promotions in line with our operational plan. This involves ensuring that prices are audit-able and traceable, communicating with stakeholders through appropriate channels, resolving issues related to retail prices and promotions, and developing expertise in these areas.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Process and execute price changes accurately, ensuring they are audit-able and traceable.
  • Inform stakeholders about retail price activities via appropriate channels.
  • Resolve retail price and promotional issues, flagging them to relevant colleagues and suggesting improvements.
  • Load and test promotions, ensuring they are audit-able and traceable.
  • Become a subject matter expert on retail price changes and promotions.
  • Update documentation, including the Omni Pricing Bible and set up Ecrebo Promotions.
  • Conduct UAT testing on new systems.

What We Need:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Data administration experience within a large, customer-focused organization.
  • Technical proficiency in Excel (intermediate level), SAP, and PMR.
  • Excellent communication and escalation skills.
  • A customer-focused approach, understanding and meeting the needs of internal and external customers.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills.
