As a Channel Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our frontline partner recruitment efforts in EMEA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact in scaling our partner network.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our partner acquisition process, identifying prospective partners, and collaborating with various teams to integrate new channel partners into our network. This role requires strong interpersonal and technical skills, as well as the ability to develop a deep understanding of our value proposition and products.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a pipeline-generating role. They will be self-motivated, enjoy creating processes, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Strong brand representation and enthusiasm for making a large impact early on at a startup are also essential qualities.

Key Responsibilities:- Generate pipeline and closed/won ARR from new Vanta partners
- Cold outreach to potential, inactive, and dormant partners, and follow up on warm prospects to pitch Vanta's MSP offering
- Identify partner prospects using tools like Salesforce, Cognism, LinkedIn, and more
- Use structured, multi-channel outreach approaches, leveraging tools like Outreach
- Collaborate with Channel Marketing, Enablement, and Operations teams
- Work with the pre-sales team, AEs, and Sales Leadership to co-sell effectively
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a pipeline-generating role
- Strong interpersonal and technical skills
